Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Remaining balance is due before or on the day of service (cash, Zelle, or other approved methods). Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • One complimentary reschedule is allowed with proper notice. Any additional changes may require a new deposit. Late Policy • Please arrive on time to ensure the best service. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. No-Shows • No-shows may be restricted from future bookings. Guests • To maintain a calm and professional environment, no additional guests are allowed unless previously approved. Health & Skin Conditions • Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to the appointment. • Beauties by Bria is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed conditions. Travel Services • Travel fees apply for on-location services and are separate from service pricing. • Travel fees are non-refundable once booked.
